Piano study is fundamental to the education of any serious musician and is the point of entry for most young musicians. Since we do not all learn in the same way, Wunder Studios offers a variety of approaches to piano including pre-piano classes for young children, group piano, traditional private lessons, and private coaching for advanced students.

Private piano lessons
We offer traditional piano lessons and coaching for students of all experience levels. Finding the right instructor can make an enormous difference in a student’s progress. We can help by matching you with an instructor who fits your goals, learning style, and personality. Private lessons are scheduled by appointment and can begin at any time. Private piano lessons are generally not recommended for children under the age of five.

Music Makers: Group Piano Program
Most 4 to 6 year olds can benefit from music training before they begin piano or violin. The highly acclaimed Musikgarten group piano curriculum offers you an alternative to traditional music lessons: a sequential approach to building aural and motor skills that lays the foundation for understanding musical notation and playing. These engaging classes get lasting results. Children enjoy the process of learning music and really excel when they transition to traditional lessons. The program is a four-year sequence, two years of pre-piano followed by two years of group piano. Each September, we accept 40 new 4 to 6 year olds into the program.
