Jei Mitchell

Jei Mitchell is an engaging and expressive personality both on and off stage. A native Texan, Jei currently lives and sings in the Chicago, IL area. She has recently appeared in productions with the Chicago G&S Opera Society, Music by the Lake, Genesis Opera, Bowen Park Opera and Intimate Opera, Inc. and is a member of both the Chicago Symphony Chorus and Grant Park Chorus.

A versatile musician, Jei has been a featured soloist with the Waukegan Concert Chorus, the Three Choir Festival, St. James Cathedral, the Parisian Concert Series and at Naper Settlement.

Jei holds a BBA in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin and currently studies with Maria Lagios. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading and pretending to play tennis.
